Profiles on fictional characters in fiction

Can we create profiles on fictional characters in a verse (if there is necessarily information on their stats and their abilities) ? Characters who are mentioned in fictional verses but who are themselves fictional in those verses. If you understand what I mean.

i don’t see why not. They’d be 11-A, if they’re fictional to 3-dimensional beings

We have a profile for Duffman, as well as other characters that are fictional in their own setting. As long as there's enough material about them and you avoid scaling them to the "real" characters it should be fine to make a profile for them.
