Well, I can tell you how I do things. I would re-read the manhwa while saving up any scan that I find necessary, his powers, spells and feats keeping up the number of the chapter those scans happened (References are a pain to do if you don't do it), then you would need to get your feats calced, the staff is too slow to do it so either you have to do it yourself or have to wait long until you get a staff to do it for you, start working on the sandbox if you have any doubts about how to do something I suggest you look at how other profiles do it. If you got the feats calced and the sandbox finished you just have to post it (Assuming it's not tier 2 or 1 which need permission to post)

I didn't quite understood this question. But if it's what I think then you can use both manhwa and novel as long as they follow the same plot consistenly, sometimes when those are adapted some stuff can be made different from the source in that case you can only use either the novel or the manhwa.
