The Ladder to Hell would be an infinite speed feat, yes.

They should still likely be listed as immeasurable though considering they resisted Black Hole Mobster Kingpin's pull, which was strong enough to condense all possible futures and completely mess up time, and DMK (who Sleuth's ultimate form is faster than) was able to resist the pull despite said black hole being on top of his hat. He was only sucked in when he was nearly dead.
