ok, just gave a look, and his probability manipulation is of a very low level, he even died from gunshots, I would go with hazard, her powers not only grow over time, they also make other have bad luck, possibily negating Fortune "luck", and seens much more controlable, giving her a big edgy in this battle, the only way I see him wining this is if he is luck in the start of the fight and a hidrogine pipe explode in her face or something
