That would make Lincoln Burrows Subsonic combat and reactions speed
Others scaling to linc, such as Michael or Alex Mahone is also able to dodge bullets on their own, making the speed upgrade more consistent
So their current speed rating should be At least Peak Human with Subsonic combat speed and reactions
As for Lifting Strength, T-Bag snapped a woman's neck using practically a single arm which makes him "At least Peak Human" or even "Class 1" if that's enough to achieve the justification.
Main Characters like Michael, Linc or Alex are comparable to T-Bag, if not outright superior to him in terms of strength.
Here is a list of supporting feats for the new LS upgrade:
- Alex also snap that guy's neck like it was nothing, and also easily did this
- T-Bag also managed to pull his stitched hand offscreen, though I am not sure how strong is that.
- Lincoln wrestles with multiple prisoners at once
- Linc swings a guy over his head with enough force to crack the windshield
If class 1 is accepted, then the characters should have Superhuman Physical Characteristics
