I suggest you read the omnipotence and tiering system pages, as your understanding of the term omnipotence seems to be very different from the way it is used on this site.

I don't know that much about Transformers, but I seem to recall Primus struggling against Unicorn in that series, so even in his own verse he's not really "omnipotent".

No. The highest any being can be rated is 'possibly tier 0' as at the highest levels of power we can no longer tell who is stronger between universes, and any 'tier 0' would get bumped down to 'high 1a' if another being in their own universe was introduced as more powerful than them.
