So like in this verse there's this basically essential omnipresent and omnipotent force where if you were to comprehend it you would have to comprehend everything there is yet even that comprehension is still a mere part of it. Basically any actions, thoughts/conceptualizations of it, accomplishments whatever are merely an "expansion" of it.
