Also is the Ruins spatial Manipulation useful in combat (I want to play Starbound but my computers broken and I don't want to spoil the final boss); And What is Groudon's one hit ko, does it ingore durablity, or he just really strong?
- Ok the Ruins spatial isn't helpful in this fight at all, but this really depends on why Groudon has one hit ko in the first place.

Fissure only has a 30% chance of hitting its opponent, and that's if it isn't a) at a lower level than it, and (b not a Flying type. But, assuming neither comes into play here, than Groudon does have a feasible way of taking on The Ruin. Besides that, The Ruin runs away with this by its sheer size alone.

Ok, from what I saw, Groudon scales to planetary level, but Ruin, with just a failed attempt to escape from an interdimensional prison, destroyed planet Earth. That is, literally in a space between dimensions (another tier from very far away), trapped and unable to do anything because he was sealed by the administrator of the universe (who died for himself), he simply destroyed a planet. The levels are very different here.
This is disregarding that Ruin would be much faster and would have an interplanetary reach physically and multiversal with abilities.
