also why was demonbane removed. it wasn't an obscure verse.

It was very, very inaccurate to the point that Elder God Demonbane was actually a fanmade character. On top of poor page quality and lack of supporters.

i saw some people clinging that EGD still exist albeit with a logic the Elder Gods piloted Demonbane => we have EGD, i was like bruh, if that name didn't even exist in the source material, then why bother?
