Not sure your logia for this buddy. Michael and Lucifer are High 1-C to Low 1-B so Presence being 1-B sounds highly plausible.

Well...Low 1-B...to full 1-B...is a very large gap, like, extremely large. Are you sure The Presence is that strong?
