Pre Crisis Supergirl Lifting Strength

It's not Hyperbole. This is the Blackstarr story arc. Blackstarr's thing is that she has complete control over the four forces that make up the universe. She even mentions that her power is the Unified Theory.

Well, even characters with lower level gravity manipulation would technically have control over a force that holds the universe together. I think that this seems far too vague and unspecific in terms of scale.

That would be fine if you can find the feat.

Okay. "At least Galactic" should be fine for lifting strength then. Just remember to upgrade all characters scaled from Pre-Crisis Superman as well.

Well, I agree that it should be, but Matthew is sick at the moment, so he does not have much energy.

Hmm. On second thought, the scan did not say that Superman carried the entire weight of a galaxy, just that he was under pressure from their gravity waves. So an upgrade seems unnecessary at the moment.

Well, it seemed fairly unspecific. I do not think that we can speculate about this, even though I have no doubt that Superman did possess that kind of power level.

@Antvasima

What about Superman wrestling with a New God who had the power of 100 Galaxies, or Supergirl enduring a barrage of Quasars thrown at her?

Can you provide scans for the 100 galaxies incident?

Enduring a barrage of quasars is probably more of a durability feat though.

That is still a durability feat though.

Isn't Pre-Crisis canonly superior to guys like Original or Post-Crisis? Or does he just have better feats? If it's the former, could we scale him from that?

@Matthew

Yes, probably not. Maybe we should close this thread?

@Ryukama

He is much stronger than the Post-Crisis version, yes, but we probably cannot scale between continuities in that manner without proof. In addition, Multi-Stellar strength should not be much for the Pre-Crisis version.

@Ant Of course Pre-Crisis is stronger than Post-Crisis.

But I mean is he only stronger cause he has better feats? Or have they in canon established Pre-Crisis as being stronger? Because I think scaling could be done in that case.

Kind of in the way we scaled Superman (Original) to other Superman versions.

If that doesn't work, and if you think Multi-Stellar is too much of a lowball, then I'm fine with Unknown.

Well, Superboy Prime is a weaker version of Pre-Crisis Superman (due to being younger), and he is established as much stronger than the Post-Crisis version, but as you say, Multi-Stellar seems like an understatement.

@Ant and Matt Pre-Crisis Superman is only established to be stronger than Superboy-Prime's first key right? Not the Universal one?

If so then I have nothing else to say, and Unknown would seem to be the best option.

Yeah, but again, simply writing "At least Multi-Stellar" seems like an understatement. However, if you think that it is better, I suppose that we can use it.

Speaking of which, Superboy-Prime seems to have galaxy level lifting strength for no particular reason. That should probably be adjusted.

No, sorry. It is because he tore open Monarch's armor, which contains a big bang level atomic furnace inside.

Still, maybe we could scale Pre-Crisis Superman from the adult version of Superboy Prime shown in Countdown?

@Ant Is Pre-Crisis Superman stronger than the SBP with Universal Lifting Strength?

EDIT: Got ninja'd. If you believe so, then sure thing.
