pratogonist-kun and plot&plot armor

Hello dear members, I had a discussion with a friend about Protagonist-kun and he said that Protagonist-kun has a Plot Armor boost and a strong Plot thanks to the 4th wall and Plot author uncertainty and that the protagonist powers work passively. I wanted to say that it has a Plot like Yogiri and it's not as strong as it's exaggerated and we need your information. Can anyone who knows about Pratogonist-kun read and answer these? Is Protagonist-kun's Plot Armor strong?
