Postal Dude Power and stats Revision

We know that the postal dude talks to the player for example. When he gets arrested and says Book the kid with the keyboard And Didn't you just save Are you saving agai He's breaking the fourth wall by talking to the player, And thats fourth wall awareness so i think he deserves a revision with fourth wall awareness in his power and stats in my opinion.

Bonus Question:What are the feats for Postal dude being peak human in speed and Small Building level in attack potency?

Small Building AP comes from the rocket launcher in his arsenal. Now Peak Human speed, I don't know for sure, but maybe it's because of how fast he moves compared to the other characters in-game.
