So, essentially many characters, such as Doctor Octopus, Four Arms, Goro (Mortal Kombat) and others, seemingly have the power of having extra arms, or wings, and as such. Currently, the wiki doesn't exactly have a power to describe that
Currently, this power was seemingly attributed to Body Control, but the problem there is nothing about Body Control that implies such a thing, so in my opinion, there should be added a power that fits the bill.
