Well looking into her profile she's apparently the strongest char in the series by a landslide - http://mondaiji.wikia.com/wiki/Shiroyasha And we don't have a profile so it wouldn't really matter i guess

She isn't the strongest character in Mondaiji. Sure she is definitely strong a God-tier and in the top 10 strongest people in LG list in Mondaiji but Shiroyasha (Not Prime) is weaker than Azi Dahaka. But there are seriously a lot of featless characters. We can't even say if she is the strongest or not.
