Possible Minato and A revision

Minato tries to kill A with a kunai but it gets intercepted and cuts through Gyuki's tail which creates a small crater

He could kill the very same who cut of one Gyuki's horns

So what would this give possibly 6-C for Minato and A or an atleast 7B for base Minato

I also heard that Mei had an island level feat in the last and also Tsunade being 6C with 100 seals maybe solved too

I don't think cutting through Gyuki's tail with a kunai is a 6-C feat. Due to its sharpness and size compared to Gyuki's, it'd need comparatively little power to pierce through a small part of his skin

Before Bee interrupt Minato tyring to attack A's lightning cloak and we know air>lightning for the Narutoverse and for that attack even scratch Minato sharpen his kunai with wind.

Minato could've enhanced his kunai with chakra and he was ready to cut through A's lightning armor and i don't know how you view the Gyuki feat maybe 6C but i think minato should get atleast 7B in base

@BFF: It is I who said that Mei has a questionable island level feat in the last. If we assume that the meteors she destroyed were the same size as the one that was calced then her feat would have been Island Level. According to the calc group, there is no way to calc her meteors though since there is nothing in the background to estimate their size from.
