At the time that scene appeared, the Unown 4-D power and the High 3-A/Tier 2 Pokémon stuff was still not created, so we cannot use it.

Wait what? I don't see what that would have to do with it. The Unown even without anything from the god tiers still each possess a decent amount of 4-D power. Though it doesn't matter since most agree its an outlier.
