I believe we've went over this before an disregarded it as a hyperbole, considering it contradicts feats.

If it isn't hyperbole and is to be accepted, I guess it would bump him to country or at most large country level.

The Battle Jacket blew amount apart clean with its Missile, and King Piccolo >>>> the Battle Jacket, obviously.
And his statement about the regions was not a lie or hyperbole, he said pretty clearly what he was going to do and had no real reason to lie.

I don't remember the Battle Jacket feat being Mountain level. Wasn't it calced at like, City level?
It's of debatable consistency, given that King Piccolo's best feat (for his strongest attack) is City level+, and Piccolo Jr.'s best feat is somewhere in the range of Large Island to Large Country level. I don't support upgrading King Piccolo based on this, personally.

@Proms reasoning makes a lot of sense, from what I've read from DB, King Piccolo had a very cocky and egotistical attitude so this being hyperbole would make a lot of sense,also given how this is such a massive boost compared to his other more consistent feats, I'm also learning towards not agreeing to this as well.

Well I do think the DB characters should be stronger since no one got any any train from the ending of Ball to the beginning of Z but i'm not sure about this.

The thing is, that the 43 regions statement by itself is very vague, it could mean large cities, capitals of each region or a literal 1/43 chunk of the earth. To add to this we have no way to measure an individual region, nor we are able to tell if said regions emcompass the whole surface of earth.

And regions mean stuff like the West City Prefecture, or Papaya Island. These are states pretty much.

If this is the case, scaling him of the city level attack only instead of the statement/ 7-A feat seems fishy to say the least, especially if other lower characters can perform similar or greater feats.

Both KP and Goku note that his attack took a lot of his energy. King Piccolo himself didn't think that Goku would have been able to survive the attack.
