Possible Eternal Flower Floette upgrade

Shouldn't Eternal Flower Floette have light speed attacks via Light of Ruin since it's descibed as "the user fires a powerful beam of light."

Laser/Light_Beam_Dodging_Feats. Simply being called light isn't enough to be considered SoL, and it doesn't exactly look like a straight beam of light either.
