Well, seithr exist outside logic due to it being outside the fundementals of the world so 'wieldind seithr' is equal to 'wielding something that exist outside logic'. That's why the Black Beast, a creature made out of seithr, and its fragments can deal wounds that cannot be healed through Celica's magic.

The same can go with Valkenhyne who was created from sorcery, which utilises seithr.

One more thing izanami should have resistance to existence erasing as time killer had no effect on her and time killer should be listed as existence erase rather then reality warping

Indeed. The only thing that could arguably kill Izanami would be an immortal breaker anti-observer armanent like Sealed Weapon Izayoi, but I'm not even sure about that.

Tsubaki tried to use izayoi on her but it couldn't kill her

While we´re at it, pretty much everyone Jin ever fought should get resistance to absolute zero, for obvious reasons.
