As a second note, Bill Cipher doesn't job THAT hard.

He plays with his opponent, he isn't giving them the win.

Also Polygon Man hasn't killed any Bill Ciphers before and he's not Master Hand so he can't really do that.

EDIT: Hmm... so he does have duplication. IIRC he doesn't start by summoning millions of them at once.
