Why was his profile restored? I thought it was deleted due to faulty reasoning and unconfirmed upgrades. Why has his profile been re-created with the exact same statistics?

And even then, I think it would be better to put his tier at "At least Low 2-C, possibly (maybe likely) 2-C", as his profile only shows one 2-C feat, and two Low 2-C feats.

Just saw this.

I think I restored it at the time because I couldn't find anything in the official deletion thread or in the wiki to justify his removal. If there were reasons, though, then sure.

I see that the profile is currently deleted, so I'm good with that. The thing was just weird and inherently wrong in many things.

If someone wants to sketch a new profile for him then I will be willing to evaluate that.
