What if in this very instant, hundreds of thousands of Pokemon just spawned throughout the globe
What would happen on the first day? What happens next? How life, as we know, would change?

Well, even ignoring the matters of if they spawn in are equal, there's still... well, certain Pokemon.
For one, The Lake Trio have gems in their body, though which was created the Red Chain, which can restrain & control Dialga or Palkia. 1 Red Chain, plus a 2nd artificial one is too much for The Lake Trio to hold balance against, & Giratina ignored them, & abducted Cyrus. Supposedly, the Red Chains are then destroyed.

So how many of the Lake/Pixy Trio? How many Dialga/Palkia? How many Giratina?
Palkia & Dialga are already liable to fight, possibly even without involving Darkrai. & Giratina's whole reason for being banished to The Distortion World (presumably by Arceus) was for its [Giratina's] violence.
So how many Arceus to send the Giratina to whatever the Real World's equivalent(s) of The Distortion World are?

I assume Shadow Variants of Pokemon aren't included? Having say, Shadow Mewtwo & Shadow Lugia around would be MISERABLE....

There's Magcargo, but that's a whole can of slugs, since depending on whether you assume it can control its heat or not, it either burns a hole in the Earth, or is just a more dangerous Slugma.
Similar for any angry Camerupt, who have magma inside their humps of the same temperature, which they release when erupting. Such as when angry.

Entei is said to make volcanoes erupt when it barks. & while volcanoes erupting doesn't make new volcanoes -At least, not very quickly- an Entei is supposedly born whenever a volcano erupts.

But there's probably actually a bigger problem:

Maybe it'll be nicer on warring POKEMON or animals, but Humans? You fight or be at war, & Gyarados comes to your location, angry enough to burn everything down in a single night, & rampages for a whole freaking MONTH.

1 Gyarados is atrocious enough, but hundreds?!
I mean if no one is alive, at least you can't make war, right?

On the complete opposite side of the spectrum....

So as long as you're a good person, & see a Togetic/Togekiss, consider yourself in luck & maybe follow them to blessings of happiness.
If they grow dispirited or start leaving, you or someone else is a bad person, & you... MIGHT(?) want to try & change that.

Also:
It appears when it senses an impending natural disaster. As a result, it was mistaken as a doom-bringer.
It sharply senses even subtle changes in the sky and the land to predict natural disasters. It is a long-lived POKéMON that has a life-span of 100 years.
Although it’s said to bring disaster, in actuality, this Pokémon possesses a calm disposition and warns people of any crises that loom.
The only thing unlucky about Absol is its appearance. It protects fields and warns people of disaster, so one ought to be grateful for it.
Swift as the wind, Absol races through fields and mountains. Its curved, bow-like horn is acutely sensitive to the warning signs of natural disasters.

Absol are good bois & gals, though, I fear even their calmness would be tested in these circumstances. Bottom line, if you feel a sword-goat headbutting your bottom, take the hint & go where it tells you.

Exploud makes tremors & Earthquakes by bellowing. (Thankfully, it only raises its voice in battle.)
Dugtrio trigger Earthquakes by burrowing over 60 miles (Likely 100 km; Pokemon originally uses metric, & likes big, round numbers.) below sea level.
Tyranitar makes quakes by walking that make great mountains crumble & change the surrounding terrain; Other entries note that maps must be redrawn afterwards.
AGGRON claims an entire mountain as its own territory. It mercilessly beats up anything that violates its environment. This POKéMON vigilantly patrols its territory at all times. (The good news? "AGGRON is surprisingly protective of its environment. If its mountain is ravaged by a landslide or a fire, this POKéMON will haul topsoil to the area, plant trees, and beautifully restore its own territory.")
Regice's natural body temperature being only -73.15 Celsius away from Absolute Zero, there being hundreds of them, & Sheer Cold being ACTUAL absolute zero; Being at Absolute Zero basically means basically no longer working on even an atomic scale because there's no energy to move the particles anymore.
All the Pokemon that can make violent whirlwinds, tornados, twisters, typhoons, etc.
All the Pokemon that can make tidal waves.

There are definitely some comparatively more benign Pokemon, like Absol, Togepi's line, Shuckle, Tropius, Happiny's line, Chikorita & Meganium (Bayleef is bad.), Sylveon if used properly (Otherwise they're invasive super-predators.), Leafeon ("Basically doesn't fight", only fights to protect friends, nourished by photosynthesis.), & probably others I haven't thought of....

Put simply, hundreds of each Pokemon.... Well, there's a good portion of very dangerous species, non-Legendary or otherwise, that even individually, the Real World would have a lot of difficulty handling.

So how many of the Lake/Pixy Trio? How many Dialga/Palkia? How many Giratina?

1 legendary each
Hundreds of thousands of nonlegendaries

Basically a bunch of pokemom who know earthquake get angry, fight each other, earth freaking shatters.

Pokemon earth is more tanky than your average earth it seems, thus our earth would just get pelted with crazy battles and everyone dies as we have no control over pokemon to defend ourselves

To say nothing of Pokemon like Pidgeot, Shiftry & Drampa whipping up horrible winds, Ice-types freezing everything....
Even if you ignore stuff like Magcargo, Camerupt, & the lesser temperatures featured on stuff like Magby, Magmar, & Magmortar's body temperatures, or Delphox's 3000 celsius fiery vortexes....
Or groups of Pikachu (Among other species.) causing lightning storms.

I imagine most of the Pokemon that care for & help out the environment would have to be working overtime to handle the environmental destruction, if any serious fighting broke out.

Even if you went purely Pokedex lore, no power-scaling, a good few unevolved Pokemon are scary: For example, Aron, which can & will demolish a dump truck just to eat it, or Espurr being able to blast everything within 300 feet of itself with its barely-controlled Psychic powers that are strong enough to... "send wrestlers flying"?

Point is, they're adorable little terrors.

If hundreds of thousands of Pokemon just spawned throughout the globe we'd just end all the lions after them. Besides a few days of the Pokemon getting mauled, life would be no different once the lions are done with them.
