Both those species currently have profiles. That said, is there any 1 or more species that you are curious about the scaling of?
Also, until checking recently, I had thought we had explanations for such matters on the verse page, but currently, we do not seem to, unfortunately.

What I can tell you is that, if my memory serves how a species tends to be scaled tends to depend on a variety of factors. Pokedex entries, anime feats, how its power is presented, is it a "Pikaclone", among possibly other factors.
