Pokemon Go Tier 2 Upgrade

So, for a while now the Pokemon Go profile has been able to catch Pokemon far beyond tier 5, such as Palkia and Dialga.

They have been in the game for a while, since 2019 in fact.

So I do think the PoGo player needs a Tier 2 upgrade due to the fact they can own such legendary Pokemon

Fair.

Just be sure to add the avatar tier for the Creation trio captured - okay we should have done that on the time the player could catch the Lake Trio and the Lunar Duo.

And one thing: as Prof Willow already owns at least one Meltan (and possibly Melmetal - but I need more proof on an exact Melmetal owned by Willow - likely he only owns Meltan and gives one to Prof Oak), Willow should also be upgraded to such.
