Basically, the Pokemon God Tiers should have a key for when their restricted by a Pokeball. Here's the scan proving that they are in fact restricted by this.

Also some of their abilities wouldn't be avalible in this state I would assume, but that's for Pokemon experts to handle.

I've been wanting an Avatar key for a while now, its not really fair to keep the god pokemon avatar and the true self as one single key
