Now that I think about it, Deku's resistance is really low-tier. And needed him to break his fingers, and generate enough power to distrupt Shinso's quirk.

His page shoud be changed to Limited-Resistance to Mind Manipulation.

I'd say Deku wins based off of higher AP, and it says Ivy's pheremones can be restisted by those with high enough willpower, and Deku's willpower is legendary, intentionally breaking his broken fingers just to win a contest and such.

Ivy's mind manipulation is much different to Shinsou's, perhaps the OFA inheritors will snap him out of it though. And she has been able to control and seduce much stronger people than Deku. Plus we see how Izuku gets with Uraraka as of recently, so its fair to say he can be horny enough.

Plus, Ivy and her plants have the MUCH better versatility and control, either by poisoning Deku (which he cant resist), overwhelming him with plant monsters, and the much better battlefield control
