How to counter a character with plot manipulation when there is no resistance feat?
Well plot manipulation isn't very easy to get for characters it's mainly found in metafictional stories , and tbh i never seen anyone countering someone's plot manipulation, so I have no idea of how to counter a plot manip feat.

As long as they don't do something purely plot-related (Write you out of the story, etc), you can undo its effects with your own hax. For example, if they manipulate the plot and kill you, if you have the proper hax to revive, then you will still revive.

plot manipulation have to have a specific function of what fundamental property it can affect like information, laws, concepts etc
You just don't auto affect a fundamental aspect just like that until proven so, if the plot in question does then there's things like Nonexistent physiology nature 2 and ND2/TD2 that can avoid the effects because there's reality and unreality in dual systems

If your opponent's plot manipulation feature is too strong for you to resist, you can't do it, other than that, depending on your plot manipulation feats, maybe you can resist.
