Plot manipulation vs concept manipulation type 1

Plot Manipulation is mad varied (potents, applications, mechanics), so you can't really say. Also, you cannot say "X hax vs Y hax who wins" especially when they are completely different, as usually, the victor would be determined by who does it first, resistance stuffs, et cetera, for examples.
