please can someone explain me the superior-dimensional concept more deeply ....

The best way to understand the higher dimensional concept if for me to give you an example: Goku is from fiction (Which means that Goku is a 2-D being) and Goku is Universe level. However despite the fact that Goku is universal, he can not destroy our earth because we exist in a 3-D universe.

Even the most powerful fiction gods can not effect our world because we exist in a higher dimension that they do. 3-D > 2-D and so on.
 
If that works for you, sure, but we don't regard fiction and reality interactions as logical, or at least in the manner you explained it, as they are not relatable.

In fiction, entities can manipulate higher dimensional constructs without being higher dimensional themselves. See note 5.
