Phoenix Vs Madoka Kaname

In all seriousness, going to wait for someone knowledgeable about Phoenix's feats against other 2-As
 
Phoenix is basically god in her verse, she/her incarnations have never fought against someone remotely comparable to its maximum power. I'm currently researching the verse, I already have many powers that she is missing, until I finish The Phoenix is an easy victory for anyone.
 
Madoka makes a law saying "No Phoenix".

If it affects UKG and it's pretty heavily implied that the latter only survives due to law resistance, pretty sure that it would put down the Phoenix for good.

I would, the problem is that I honestly have no earthly idea about our standard for haxes in tier 2 so I can't judge the accuracy

If Madoka gets the abilities of all Magical girls, doesn't that mean UKG gets them too + UKG gets powers of all other witches including 2-A Mindhax from Homulily?
 
Nah, because Madoka absorbed the abilities from the magical girls, UKG did not.

And she hasn't absorbed any witch afaik.

Anyway it's better if we discuss it in the discussion thread probably

But UKG is the Witch form of Ult. Madoka and Witches have all the powers from their Magical Girl forms (unless I'm incorrect).
