Perfect Cell vs Bowser

Who would win between the main villain of Gaming, and one of the main villains of the most famous anime? Speed is Equalized, and this is Perfect Cell and Bowser at their High 4-C states.

Is it customary for every Mario character to fight either Cell saga Goku or Perfect Cell?

Anyway, Bowser wins very easily. He likely has the advantage in AP, which is the main way Cell can put Bowser down, so Bowser'll be able to tank Cell's attacks and turn him to stone/duplicate himself and overwhelm Cell/wave one of his wands.

Doesn't Bowser hax stomp? Not to mention, star rod gives him an absurd stat boost in durability so Cell is likely not going to hurt Bowser. The fact that he can duplicate himself without losing power unlike Cell means Cell will likely get overwhelmed. So Destructo Disk is Cell's best shot at winning but I dont see how that's enough when Bowser will have the above and the fact that DD has rarely landed on their target successfully..

Even the Destructo Disk wouldn't kill Bowser as he has survived being reduced to a skeleton and having all his bones scattered about. This fight ends with Bowser turning Cell into a brick or apple while Cell has no way to actually put down Bowser.

Yeah Bowser's survivability + durability(which he can boost even further so Cell won't even hurt him) is insane and really all he needs here. Probably a stomp since Cell doesn't have any hax resistance and is beaten in the other aspects I mentioned as well.

Backscaling from a 4-B doesn't mean much when zenkais are completely unquantifiable.

Bowser actually has a High 4-C feat, scaling from those who can make constellations, which is high end High 4-C

We don't backscale Perfect Cell from SPC anymore, that changed once SPC went from baseline to 1 kilofoe. He's now High 4-C via being superior to 4-C characters and Supreme Kai.
