What's the perception speed of this character?

was stated to be 10,000 to 99,999 greater than human perception speed

can I get the value for 10k, 50k and 99k?

Average human perception speed is accepted to be 200 miliseconds in the wiki. 10.000x better perception would be 0.00002s (High Hypersonic perception speed), 50.000x better perception would be 0.000004s (Massively Hypersonic perception speed) and 99.999x better perception speed would be 0.00000200002s (Massively Hypersonic+ perception speed).

Though I think this statement should come from a really reliable source to be correct.
