I think Specters in zone 1 would be fodder for him (with shotgun ofc. Or pope's blessing, as temporary as that would be). Maybe some Specters of future zones could be a bit more tough for him with their movesets/abilities though. I should replay OFF.

The 8-C Specters are 0.34 Tons, so they're x3 above the Shotgun's AP (x1.5 once the AP upgrade gets accepted), so Peppino can still harm em

It depends on which specter but most of them will just do a basic attack or attempt to apply a status effect such as Sleep or Palsy (Paralysis)

Ah, I'm not sure.

I don't want to be a fence sitter, but if we're including hax, I think that Peppino with shotgun has a 25% chance. I don't want to cast my vote for the Spectres yet as I am still needing to replay OFF (forget a lot beyond the basic stuff of the verse), but if there is more discussion from those who know more about it, I'd vote.
