Why is pennywise scaled to be above or even apart of the dark tower verse I always see people say that he is is apart of the verse but where does it ever mention that he is in it ? And can someone explain the full scaling for pennywise that gets him to 1-A

The Dark Tower is the name of the series. Asking is Pennywise in the verse is like asking is Spiderman in Marvel alongside Ironman. In any case he scales off of Maturin who quite litterly carries The Dark Tower on his back, predating it as well.
