Pennywise Possible Upgrade

Though I’m not to certain nor knowledgeable in high tier scaling, pennywise can turn peoples abstract fears into physical form via his reality shifting ability. Wouldn’t this grant some form of scaling upgrade as hes transcending abstract concepts/ideals.

Also its stated that all living things must abide by the laws of the shape they inhabit which suggests when a higher power being like it enters a lower level of reality they must inhabit a physical shape, so we could assume pennywise came from another world, maybe we could assume that the macroverse exists in this reality like the novels. the macroverse is outside spacetime so beyond 3d physics. also its true form is 3 spheres of pure light which see incomprehensible and mere humans looking it make them go insane and/or become subdued.

The reality warping also is on a almost conceptual level, creating abstract fears into reality, affecting whole buildings which included the fear of her father.

All of this suggests a upgrade to pennywise, take what you want from it and determine a tier or ability. (keep in mind im inexperienced in high tier scaling so please fare well)

So first of all you can already read the page which includes the high tiers you wanted in the novels.

Turning fears in to physical forms is NOT transcending concepts. And all concepts are technically abstract but they are not certinally are the same as those abstract concepts. So no this would not grand any 1-A tier upgrade. It will only get him fear manipulation and reality warping which he has in his profile.

I mean it didnt state he was from macroverse and above space-time so this is clearly wrong. And the other ability you insisted already exist on the profile too.

Fear is already a concept. That doesnt mean its beyond dimensions. It just fear he manipulates. Its again just reality warping and fear manipulation thats all. Which i already said this exist on his profile.

As for the OP, I disagree with any Tier changes for this.

I'll leave it a few days so the OP and others can respond and argue, just so I'm not silencing the OP. If there ends up being an argument I'll let it go. If not I'll be closing this. Obviously other mod can close it if they think the necro is after too long.
