Pegasus' monsters

Hello everyone, I was wondering something: since Pegasus' monsters are toons and since they use similar tricks to the one used by "funny rabbit" to escape the antagonist of his cartoon, does it mean they have toon force?

If yes, which level of toon force?

Also, Blue eyes toon dragon coul definitely have a profile since he has the same stats and powers as the original blue eyes white dragon.
