Josef’s best chance lies in closing the distance before Kurt gets a visual. While Kurt is a good shot, he does need line of sight and at least a few seconds to aim. Josef, being more stealthy, might be able to move between trees, crouch, and stay out of view as he approaches, so if he can cut the 20-meter gap before being seen or lined up in the scope, Kurt’s rifle becomes far less useful especially with Josef’s knife and axe use age. But even though Josef is more stealthy, Kurt has the home field advantage and knows how to make his way around better, so he could potentially catch Josef off-guard, and manage to shoot him with his sniper.

Therefore I vote for Kurt with a high-diff.
