Paralysis inducement

If i break an opponents bones/joints, Is this considered inducing paralysis or just making incapable of moving due to damage?

Example;

"Disarticulation: Separation of a bone or body part at the joint. Broke Takemichi and South's arms, also confirmed on his character page as his "special skill"."

Don't think this is a good example as the character just has the bones on his arm dislocated, not anywhere else. He couldn't move his whole body, not just arms.

If his body couldn't take the damage anymore he would just fall down unconscious, not just stand there lol.
