If I recall correctly, Carol is only 5-A near the end of the show. She's Low 7-C at the beginning of the show, so I imagine herself from the past (AKA Silver Spark) would only be Low 7-C.

Edit: I took the title of the match at face value, it's possible you just said that as referring to her title rather than when she was actually a hero and not retired. If that's the case, Carol has a hefty advantage.

Carol has a 6.8x AP advantage. 7.5x AP difference is what's required for a 100 lethality rate regardless of where you hit the opponent. However, if beneath the number, I figure landing a hit somewhere around the head would be enough to one-shot.

I also figure just after a single attack he'd be crippled.

He does have an astronomically large range advantage though (Carol's range should be higher than what it is, but it would still be far lower than his). But we can't really say that's in character for him to take advantage of that and range spam when we haven't seen him fight.

Not yet, but it should be accepted. Paragus should scale to Nappa anyway since he is a high-ranking Saiyan.
