I'd actually go with Panty on this one, better range, regen, and toonforce, and while she probably won't start out serious, once she figures out that Peter is a serious threat she'd get serious and focus on taking him down as quickly as possible.

Spidey, he is way more versatile with all his webbing,her attacks are easily dodged with spider sense,his opponent uses guns literally the thing he is most used to fighting against,is a smarter fighter as well as tactically and finally due to standard battle assumption he also has a home field advantage.
