Pandora's Actor vs Tsurubami

couldn't pandoras actor as Ainz just activate his despair aura level 5 and teleport near Tsurubami ?
also I read somewhere here that tsurubami is undead. does he reist being dominated ? because Ainz has spells for dominating other undead

Yes, it's more a question of if he would, more than if he could
He is undead, but I'm not sure if he would fall under Overlord's definition of the undead. When your heart stops, you are considered dead. However, Tsurubami uses one of his styles to keep his body functioning anyway, like he keeps his blood flowing. He isnt something like a walking corpse in the way we usually think of it. I would probably need to see how Overlord classifies its monsters to determine if they would count him as undead.

He likely doesn't count, he's pretty much alive, he just uses something other than his heart to keep his body working. Undead in Overlord don't need blood flow, breathing, etc, they're just powered by negative energy.
