Actually, this is kind of tough. Alphamon is nigh-immune to basically all of Palkia's hax, but Palkia's Acausality makes it difficult to put down.

Perhaps Alphamon could seal it, but it might be a stalemate in the long-haul.

It seems Alphamon can withstand everything Palkia can toss at him with not much difficulty and Palkia has no way to counter his hax (Alpha Inforce, Soul manipulation and sealing) But as Repp mentioned palkia's acausality will make It difficult to put down.

Either a stalemate or alphamon wins.
