Page Name Changes and Redirectories

Could someone change Charlie Magne to "Charlotte Magne", and make it to where you can find the page through both names, like you can with Izuku Midoriya ("Izuku", "Deku")?
And, could someone make it to where you can find Robotic Fizzarolli's page through both the page name and "Robo Fizz"?
I have no idea how to do this myself, if I even can.
