Souls and Mind correlation:

Souls and the mind are linked in Overlord, insofar as the soul seemingly containing the mind, and thus anyone with soul manip should get mind manip for this reason. One thing that tends to show up is that low level undead like zombies are mindless.
After realizing that it was not just the people in the room, but the castle, and the entire city who had become mindless undead — Zombies, in other words — Keno had two paths available to her.
While mindless undead like Zombies could not open the doors on their own, it was probably best to bar it just in case.
She was in the sewers of Inveria. Keno opened the hidden room that had been closed five years ago, but the three people inside were still mindless Zombies.
Ainz even compares Keno to the low level zombies in the city, saying she's a different undead because she has intelligence
“Keno, what race did you become after turning undead? While the people in the city became low-level Zombies, you’re nothing like them. You’re intelligent and you don’t look rotted. Meanwhile, I am of the Overlord race, but you did not gain a bony body like mine.”
It's even straight up said the lowest tier undead don't have intelligence
The lowest tiered undead like Zombies and Skeletons did not possess intelligence.

So, how does this relate to the soul? Well, when Cure Elim sucked/absorbed the souls of the countries around him, those who lost their souls became zombies.
Keno only managed to utter half of the word. The other half stuck in her throat and refused to be said.
That was because she saw the strangeness of her father, her mother, and the two maids. But the terror welling up in her was promptly extinguished.
Keno bit back the deeply unpleasant shift in her mood and looked at the faces of the four of them.
It was not dementia. The four of them were wobbling as they moved, as though they had lost their senses. The way they did it strongly resembled a certain kind of undead being Keno had learned about during her monster lore classes.

[...]

Keno had started speaking clearly at some point, and that was her summation.
Her garbled speech when they had just met was probably because she had not spoken for too long. That said, as one of the undead, her body would not age, and so she would recover quickly once she started speaking.
“I see,” Suzuki Satoru replied, and then Keno continued narrating her tale of what happened since that day.
After realizing that it was not just the people in the room, but the castle, and the entire city who had become mindless undead — Zombies, in other words — Keno had two paths available to her.

This is further supported by Keno's character sheet stating her not becoming a mindless zombie is due to her Talent copying Cure's soul absorption, thus absorbing the souls around her into her body. That said, she would get Power Mimicry added on her profile. It's not useful, but hey, we're an indexing site, just matters it exists rather than being usable for a match lmao
The reason why she did not become a Zombie but instead a vampire is because she unconsciously used her Talent to replicate Cure Elim's Wild Magic spell and absorbed the souls of the people around her, becoming the undead being that Cure Elim had originally planned to be --- another Cure Elim. However, she is only able to preserve her sapience by sustaining the spell (strictly speaking, it's not quite the same as Cure Elim's spell). Therefore, her Talent can no longer be used for other purposes, and if this Talent --- or perhaps the tainted Wild Magic --- were dispelled, she would become a mindless Zombie.

So what would this do? Would basically just add limited mind manip to those with soul manip, but not the other way around unless more evidence shows up. So Cure Elim would get mind absorption due to his soul absorption, and mind destruction due to his soul destruction. Demiurge would get an added bit to his mind manip, as Hellfire damages the soul, so it should then damage the mind as well. Those who resist soul manip would get resistance to whatever the equivalent mind manip would be, so World Item holders would resist mind destruction as they resist soul destruction, etc. There's not that much soul manip in the series so far, so not many are affected by this. Speaking of Demiurge...

Demiurge:

Demiurge's soul manip is stated on his profile to "incinerate" the soul, but I don't believe that's quite the case.
She’d thought they would have been burned beyond recognition, but it seemed that the devil’s flames had only burned the soul rather than the flesh. The corpses were immaculate. After closing their eyes and crossing their arms over their chests, Evileye withdrew a Shroud of Sleep from her pack, and began by wrapping up Tia.
Hellfire clearly burns/interacts with the soul, but I don't think it destroys it, which is what "incinerate" would imply

Volume 3 actually mentions something about Resurrection magic in a conversation between Albedo and Ainz, specifically where it's applied:
“Ah! It seems I misspoke. Ainz-sama, you are correct. It is not on the corpse, but the soul!”
“Indeed. In Demiurge’s experiments, the severed limbs vanished and grew from the body once more. Now, when you cast a spell on the soul, what will happen to the body?”
How this relates to Hellfire, is the fact that Lakyus uses Raise Dead, a resurrection spell, on Tia and Gagaran. So if Hellfire actually did destroy the soul, Lakyus would not have been able to revive them, as she would need to be able to target their soul.

So my proposal is simply changing incinerate to burn or damage. Hellfire definitely still interacts with the soul, just doesn't destroy it. It should be noted that while it doesn't destroy the soul, it still near instantly killed Tia and Gagaran, who do not have resistance to soul manip, which implies that it would likely still instantly kill someone without a resistance.

Pleiades:

This is going to be little less cut and dry, but I think the Pleiades and Yggdrasil characters of their level should have some additional resistances based on some interesting info.

When Soul Eaters appeared in Yggdrasil, they were almost always level-appropriate encounters, so the chances of a Player being downed by an instant death effect would only be one in a hundred or less. That was why this special ability of Soul Eaters rarely got the chance to see use.
Soul Eaters were able to activate an aura that consumed souls to convert them to HP
Here, we have Soul Eaters, who are a mid tier undead that have an "Instant Death effect" aura that absorbs souls. In Overlord, an Instant Death effect is not just limited to Death Manip, but also includes other abilities whose purpose is, if you do not resist them, to instantly kill you. The first quote also provides an additional tidbit of information, which is that it was incredibly rare for Players to die from the Instant Death effects as the Soul Eaters were typically level-appropriate encounters. This heavily implies that by those levels, a vast majority of Players would have gotten resistance to Instant Death effects through various means. The Pleiades happen to fall within what would be considered Mid Tier.
“—[Create Mid-Tier Undead – Death Knight].”
This was one of Momonga’s skills, which could create various undead. The
Death Knight in question was Momonga’s favorite undead monster, which he
used as a meat shield.
It was roughly level thirty-five, but although its attack power was only
comparable to a level twenty-five monster, its defensive power was very good,
equivalent to a level forty monster.
The skill, [Create Undead]. Even if he created upper-tier undead, they would
only be level 70, which he would not even trust to escort the Guardians.
Death Knight, a Mid Tier undead, is level 35, while a High Tier undead would be around level 70. This means that the range of Mid Tier should roughly be the range of levels between those two. As a matter of fact, all the Pleiades fall within this range, with the lowest being CZ at level 46, and the highest being Narberal at 63. It is through this I propose the Pleaides be given resistance to all known Instant Death effects. Even narratively, I believe this is supported. They are NPCs made by one of the best Guilds in Yggdrasil, with every member of the guild having most, if not all of their equipment be Divine rank equipment, which a large chunk of the top level Players were not able to accomplish. This would mean they should have high quality pieces of gear even for the lower levelled NPCs, with gear being one of the ways one can be granted resistance to Instant Death effects. The Instant Death effects they would resist would include:
Death Manip
Fear Manip
Soul Manip (Absorption specifically. This of course would also give them resistance to mind absorption due to the soul and mind being connected)

Since 6 people have agreed with no objections, 4 being staff, I think I'll start applying things
