Sayo's party doesn't matter. She dies instantly before any of them can come out due to Oryx's passives. Also since Sayo becomes part of Oryx's army due to taking her, he can have her call off her party.

Sayo herself doesnt fight, as shes only a human at 10-C. Presumably her party would already be out and between her and Oryx.

Summoners are the ones fighting according to the new rules on summoner battles (like Pokemon, Digimon, and Bayblade fights just to name a few examples). They don't start with their summons summoned and if they die the opponent wins even if there are summons left. Even assuming Sayo's party starts already summoned, Sayo still is obliterated due to Oryx's passives and he has Sayo tell her team to stop fighting.

Sayo in character would start with her Digimon out as she always has them summoned outside of meetings special meetings. What level is Oryx's Mindhax as Sayo resists Mindhax from Grimmon who gets his potency from Chronomo. Also is she obliterated or minhaxed? Pick one.
