Oryx stomps, I'm sorry. He resists practically anything Madoka throws at him, too, especially Law hax.

Plus I'm pretty sure he rises to 5D power (not sure 5D being, but still...).

That's impressive, but (I'm not arguing it ain't a stomp yet), there are more passives in Madoka's aresnal, and other abilities.

Madoka's skill seal negs resistances and passive abilities too, so there should still be some debate too.

Oryx would resist resistance negation and also resist every memoria in magia record due to just his resistances. Negating resistances doesn't work as he resists that too

I listed the passives abilities of Taken, not his resistances

Taking users can bypass resistances and Oryx no sells them

There is a difference between bypassing resistances due to the scale of the abilities and due to resistance negation.

Looking at the profile and the comments in this thread, it seems to be the former, so again, all I do is ask where does negging resistance negation come from?

Looking through the profiles, I found that Knight (Destiny) has Resistance Negation through Sword Logic / Ascendant Swords, but Sword Logic doesn't say anything about that. They do mention negging certain aspects of an enemy, which sounds like that's where it came from, but then it'd be subset of reality warping and not resistance negation.

It also seems that Sword Logic can be used by Madoka, which would end badly considering her own kill count.

Oryx' page is quite outdated yes. Anyway Oryx has layered resistance negation and resistance to resistance negation due to Ascendant swords, certain weapons and negating the Aura of Immortality the Guardian steals from him.

Aside from that he also has a few Low 1-C resistances and all his other hax is infinitely above baseline 2-A.

He also has practically every ability the Knight (Destiny) and Wizard (Destiny) have.

We kinda explicitly disallowed verse equalization working like this.

Anyone can use the Sword logic, the simple act of defying oryx in a way that uses violence means entering its logic, if the madoka does it, losing, her will be absorbed, winning, her will be assimilated to oryx, and will become one of the aspects for him to continue to exist in her and her perpetuating his law.
