Isshiki I think, even if we assume L5B orochi has been accepted, Isshiki have advantage in Hax.

Exatcly, Isshiki only scales to 797 Exaton which is far below Gaia canon Orochi. But here I think Isshiki can avoid it by minimize Orochi's attacks, after that Isshiki can BFR orochi to Another Dimension.

Anyways, while Orochi has higher AP, Isshiki has some short of hax, I do belive that this isnt a stomp

nothing iirc, the gaia canon was simply an attack that Orochi was going to use, but the Low 5-B feat was made by Base orochi

Orochi would end up taking his own attack if he tries any energy and long range attacks. This can be done both by the karma and also by his occular ability. The ability to shrink himself also makes it hard to Orochi to touch him as well as the ability to just hope dimensions at will. Isshiki's final option would be the seal I don tthink Orochi would be capable of touching him with his attacks due to the number of ways isshiki is capable of keeping away. Also I dont think the skill gap is that big at all. Isshiki is a master in hand to hand on the level of Naruto and Sasuke if not higher. And if all else fails he is capable of shrinking himself and controlling Orochi biologically like he did with Jigen's body. Of course karma is the true last resort but it can take a while to take effect.
Basically Isshiki mid-diff. He has the hax advantage by a lot while Orochi has the AP advantage and I guess hand to hand but Isshiki has a lot of options to avoid that.

That makes no sense considering the karma comes from him and he can implant karma on others too.

He implanted the Karma on Jigen, when he resurrected he shouldn't have it anymore.
Is there any showings of him using it as Isshiki?
Also being able to implant Karma isn't the same thing as having a Karma and its abilities.

hmm actually thats true, well it wont make much of a difference his sukunahikona is better. It basically does the same thing.
Also why does orochi scale physically to that blast? Isnt that something he can only do from pulling energy from the earth.

Any physical attack can be dodged via shrinking, teleportation is also useful.
