The current Orikan page lacks a fair number of abilities he could potentially have and also lacks scans and references so I made a sandbox to fix that.

Alright, couple of things to note (which aren't all necessarily just Abaddon's revisions):

-I'm rewriting that summary cause it's crap. The draft itself is fine for now, I'll fix it after implementation.

-Couple spelling and capitalization niggles here and there. Again, should be fine to fixable in post.

-The existence of a High 6-C rating for blatantly cosmic entities royally pisses me off to such an extreme extent I am prepared to burn down the entirety of New Zealand in my blind wrath. But alas, I do not care to locate the author in real life and inform him that blowing up planets, directly or indirectly, should not be equated to industrial world energy outputs.

Otherwise, everything seems good.

To be fair, Orikan specifically made a portal to avoid the planet busting blasts + something something C’tan strength varies
 
This was by far the most powerful C'tan Transcendent Shard we know of in the modern day galaxy. It had a full five or six smaller Shards composing it.

to be fair the calc is an lowball. Orikan could still qualify for higher tier
