Battle takes place in a battle royale game with both of their universes's vehicles (Vehicles excluding that C-130 for PUBG and Rules of survival Vehicles) (they get to use any vehicle regardless if it's not from their universe. aka a pubg guy can use a rules of survival vehicle and a Rules of survival guy can use a pubg vehicle)
